SOLD OUT - Dandelion Chocolate: Factory Tour and Ingredients Class
A must-see for chocolate lovers!
With much anticipation and after five years of construction, the famous SF craft chocolate maker Dandelion Chocolate opened its new Mission District factory in April. Dandelion is known for their "small batch" bean to bar concept.
During the Factory Tour and the Class, you'll be able to learn about the process of making your favorite dessert, and how each ingredient affects flavor in the most nuanced way.
Each participant of either the Factory Tour or the Ingredients Class will receive a complimentary hot chocolate card which can be exchanged for the famous hot chocolate at Dandelion's café. Also come and socialize with fellow chocolate lovers in the café during happy hour, in between the Class and Tour, and enjoy other drinks as well as a selection of delicious pastries (other drinks and pastries self-host).
- Ingredients Class - 11 a.m. - noon
- Happy hour - noon - 1 p.m. (this portion is self-host)
- Factory Tour - 1 - 2 p.m.
Please arrive at the factory at least 10 minutes prior to tour/class start time.
We recommend public transportation whenever possible, as street parking in the Mission is limited. We are very close to MUNI's 22 and 33 lines, and the 16th Street BART station is a 10 minute walk. There is a public parking garage at 42 Hof Street at 16th.
$16/person for tour only;
$37/person for ingredients class only;
($53 total for both per person)
