How long have you lived in the San Francisco (or the surrounding areas)?
I actually grew up in Napa before moving to Chicago to school, but I’ve been back and living in San Francisco for about 6 years now.

Where was your favorite place to study on campus?
Hmmm…I would say my apartment. Although I was definitely more productive at the Reg during finals.

Which is your favorite San Francisco form of public transportation (i.e., Ferry, Muni, BART)?
Definitely the Ferry. It’s clean!

What activity would you recommend to those new to the city?
Take a GoCar tour of the city. Its fun, affordable, and you get to pick your own route to learn a lot of cool stuff about San Francisco.

What is your favorite restaurant?
Hmmm, that’s a tough one. One of the best meals I’ve had was at “State Bird Provisions” on Fillmore. Their warm garlic bread with burrata cheese is to die for!

What was your favorite class?
No one class sticks out above the others. There were a few pretty great ones.

Were you involved with any clubs or student affinity groups on campus?
I played varsity volleyball all four years, Go Maroons!

What is on your SF bucket list?
Watching the fireworks from a boat on the bay on the 4th of July. Definitely a must do!

What advice would you give to young alumni who are just graduating from college?
Don’t be shy about introducing yourself! And when alums offer to help, make sure you follow-up. I think one of the hardest things for me to learn was how important networking is to help you make that transition into the workforce.
